What Causes Constant Abdominal Pain?

I have a continuous pain for more than 4 years today on my upper abdomen left side under the ribs. some times it murmurs. When i eat sometimes my stomach murmurs too. Sometimes from that left side i get some shape feeling as if it were ligthening. this one is rare. it happens mostly when i bend down mostly during the pain. What is it Doctor?

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
The symptoms of 4 years of pain on left upper abdomen , like a murmur and enhances after bending is suggestive of a subacute intestinal obstruction .
I would suggest you the following:
X-ray in standing position is the simplest and the cheapest way to get a correct diagnosis.
Enteroclysis will be the best investigations as it will tell us the nature, site, size and other associated changes.
Plan: for investigations ans surgery if indicated.
