What Causes Constant Ache, Clicking And Grinding In Wrist?
I have a constant ache in my right wrist. I have problems with heavy objects as it puts a huge strain on my wrist. Also, my wrist clicks and grinds quite frequently. I've had an X-ray to check for fractures but nothing was seen. Could you give me a second opinion to what you think it may be?

From your description, I feel that you might be suffering with some ligamentous instability in the wrist joint.
Generally, xrays will be normal in these situations. MRI scan is a very valuable tool in assessing these soft tissue conditions. I suggest you to undergo MRI to know the culprit.
