What Causes Constant Bladder Pressure And Burning Sensation During Urination?

I have constant bladder pressure,feels like I have to go constantly (even 10 times throughout the night)but sometimes only urinate a small amount, burns sometimes, headache every morning, tired. There is also a strong odour to my urine. I have been treated with antibiotics two times for bladder infection in last three months but still have pressure and discomfort. My doctor cannot figure this out and has referred me to specialist. I cannot see a urinoligist until next year due to wait list. Any ideas of what this could be? I am female, 46 years old. Thank you.

Hi and thank you for asking on HCM.
I read carefully all your concerns and I am sorry for the situation you are in.

With regards to your symptoms like constant bladder pressure, frequent night urination and strong odor to your urine I can say that most probably are related with chronic urinary infection.

You are reporting to have use antibiotics. Sometimes, urinary infection is resistant to antibiotics.
This is why I strongly recommend to do
-urinary culture test to better evaluate the cause of your persistent urinary infection and recommend the right antibiotic choice.
- abdominal ultrasound
- smear test

Meantime I suggest to :
- take plenty of water
- use fresh juice fruits
- use chamomile tea or Beta dine( one teaspoon in 1 l water) to wash genital area
- use vit C
- use blueberry tea 2-3 cups per day.
