What Causes Constant Chest Pain After Grappling Activity?

I was at karate grappling, and when I was finished I had a hard time lifting my arms because they felt heavy. I did not think anything able it, But on the way home I started getting a chest pain on the right side of my chest above my breast. When ever I move my right arm or reposition it hurts and when I breath or laugh it hurts. It's a constant pain and only gets worse when I do one of those. It's also a sharp pain. What could this be?

Muscular spasm would be likely and in my opinion this can be best treated with Tab Acetaminophen with Chlorzoxazone three time in day, for the safety purpose better to get done the EKG and X-ray chest, to rule out some pathologies, hope this information helps.
