What Causes Constant Chest Pain?

I have chest pain. I went to the ER yesterday and they found nothing. I had xrays, ultrasound, echocardiogram, and blood tests. Nothing was found. I wake up this morning with the same pain. The tests were ordered by a associate of my cardiologist. Any suggestions please.

Hello,

You may be suffering from non-cardiac chest pain. so you have to find out what is the cause of non-cardia pain. Common causes bronchitis or pleurisy or Herpes zoster or acid reflux with esophagitis or intercostal muscle spasm etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please get chest x-ray and endoscopy. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
