Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. The causes of the dizzyness may be the cerebral ischemia, and infection of the internal ear. I advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis. Avoid taking fruits, juices, ice water, ice cream, and the things allergic to you. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, phenylephrine, diclofenac sodium, citrizine. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
