Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have constant dizziness while suffering from vertigo. The symptoms you mention in query occur due to wide range of reasons like migraines , head injury , certain medications and due to cervical spondylosis . The above mentioned reasons are those reasons which you have not get checked yet . So i would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon once to get examination for any injury or cervical spondylosis . For now i would like to suggest you some home remedies drink green tea with ginger thrice a day and drink lots of fluids like juices and water . Avoid caffeine product,. Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug , sedatives , antibiotics in case of infection , vestibular therapy and recommend balance therapy or physiotherapy.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
