What Causes Constant Fatigue And Painful Stiffness In The Back, Legs And Hips?

I feel tired most of the time. This started in early March when I started working outside again. This usually happens because I m using muscles to garden, etc that I haven t used on a regular basis duruing the winter. It usually goes away. But not this year. It is hard to get out of bed in the mornings. My back, legs and hips are very stiff and painful.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more likely due to gardening.
So apply warm water pad on affected areas.
Take painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
Stop gardening for 1 week and then resume gradually.
Start multivitamin and calcium supplements.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
