Hello,

Since you are getting headache after trauma and pain killers are not helping, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP & discuss in detail the type of trauma you had, so that the treating doctor can assess the factor causing headache. The GP, can tell you to have few Blood tests done along with CT scan of the brain done, to make sure there is no bleeding in your head. If there is bleeding you will be treated accordingly, if not you will have to go through few lifestyle changes. If acetaminophen (Tylenol) or Ibuprofen is not working you can take Sumatriptan (Imitrex), one sos when needed for relieve. Self massage, adequate sleep, relaxation techniques are also helpful. Get investigated & treated at the earliest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
