What Causes Constant Headaches Along With Nausea And Light Headedness?

Hi I m Amber, 21, 93lbs March 2013 I Hit the Back of my head hard on corner of crowning of attic door. Didn t pass out, but afterwards started getting headaches more often & overtime getting more severe. Had a CT scan week later after hitting head it was negative & No meds have worked. I m Currently getting Constant headaches & nausea with Severe random Migraine episode followed by lightheadedness dizziness ringing ears & feeling faint ,Having actually fainted twice since 2013. Should I get checked?

This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

See, trauma to the head is never a normal issue. It can have many complications which can arise afterwards. The constant headache you are having may be a consequence of the trauma.
I would ask you to see a neurologist, get an MRI brain done and checked by him.
You have also said your weight is 93lbs which is again very less. The lightheadedness etc may be because of that. Dizziness and fainting can also be because of that only. Eat well and healthy and gain some weight.
