What Causes Constant Headaches While On Asthma Medication?
For the last several weeks I ve been having headaches almost every day. They usually don t start until the afternoon and it s a band across the top of my forehead and also at the base of my skull. I can t recall having pain in both places at the same time. I ve been on asthma medication for less than a year and I ve recently started having cramps in the arch of my feet. It appears that can be a side effect of one of the medications and now I m wondering if the headaches could be too.
Headaches can occur as a side effect of some medications but the medications that you are using are not named, so this cannot be confirmed right now.
You can consider checking the side effect profile of the medications that you are using online.
If headaches are not listed as potential effects then you may want to see your doctor to determine the cause. The most common types of headaches are tension headaches, migraines, sinus headaches, trauma.
There are other causes but they are not as common.
The symptoms may be in keeping with tension headaches if the medication is ruled out as a cause
I hope this helps
