Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

This is because of compression of the nerves in your back due to a displayed disc, please get your MRI of lumbo-sacral spine done, take physiotherapy, give hot pack, take over the counter painkillers.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jaideep Gaver, Orthopedic Surgeon
