What Causes Constant Nausea And Vomiting Along With Upper Abdominal Pain?
59-yr. old female with prolonged nausea and vomiting, unable to retain or even eat food. Current weight down to 88 lbs. Very similar symptoms 16 months ago resulted in gall bladder removal, but now they re back. Severe upper abdominal pain; currently in hospital on morphine and Vofran. Now under observation but no plan to resolve problem.

Hello,
It's due to gastritis. Kindly take tablet Pantoprazole, tablet Ondensetron after consultation. Avoid hot and spicy foods. Avoid heavy meal and sleep immediately after the food. If not, getting relief, kindly do Upper GI endoscopy after consultation.
