What Causes Constant Pain At The Top Of Right Hip Bone?

I am having constant pain at the top of my right hip bone. There is no bruise, skin discoloration, or skin tenderness. The pain has come on gradually over the past few weeks. It hurts when I walk, when I sit, pretty much whenever I move. I am also experiencing decreased hair growth over my entire body and loss of appetite, especially in the evening. Sound like anything in particular?
