What Causes Constant Pain In The Stomach, Vaginal Area And Back Before The Period?
Experiencing constant pain and cramping in the lower abdomen, the vaginal area, and the back. This seems to happen right before my period begins and lasts for several days after the period ends. This has been going on for almost a year. Is this PMS or something more serious?

Hello,
I suggest you go for a USG pelvis, a routine urine examination and a PAP smear to rule out the main cause of the pain for further management.
Till then you can take Meftalspass in case of pain, and can even visit a gynecologist so that she can have a proper clinical examination.
