What Causes Constant Pain In Upper Abdomen Along With Tingling Sensation?

I have constant upper abdominal pain and pressure with a tingling sensation that no medicine over the counter will relieve the pain and discomfort. Can t afford to go to the ER and not sure if i should if i should go to my gastro or seek an internal medicine specialist?

There are many causes of upper abdominal pain. Gastric or duodenal ulcer, Gastroesophageal Reflux disease, Barrettes esophagus are all related to stomach and esophagus. Hepatic diseases like Viral hepatitis, Hepatocellular Carcinoma are other important reasons for this kind of pain.
