What Causes Constant Stomach Pain In A Patient With IBS?

Hello, I have IBS and have for a few years and it seems to be getting worse. Most recently I was awoke by my stomach pain, which I would describe as a pressure/fullness, with a dull/achy feeling. Is there any over the counter medications you would recommend, or homeopathic ideas to combat this? I am a 26 year old female in college and would love some relief as I m finding it hard to maintain my busy lifestyle.
