What Causes Constant Tingling Sensation In The Toes?
I have haD TINGLY TOES SOME SOME TIME NOW... I M NOT DIABETIC AND HAVE A PHYICAL ONCE A YEAR . MY FAMLY DOCTOR PERCRIBED GABIPENTIN(SP) WHICH HAD NO EFFECT ... SOMETIMES I FEEL IT DEHYDRATION, SOMETIMES STRESS, BUT MOST DAYS IT S CONSTANT... IVE DONE MANY, MANY INTERNET SEACHES WITH VERY LITTLE SUCCESS.... IT DOSE NOT KEEP ME FROM MY NORMAL ATIVITIES BUT I M CONTANTLY LOOKING FOR ANSWERS.. ANY THOUGHTS
Tingling in the toes may be seen with many causes. A common cause may be vitamin deficiency or dehydration. Tight fitting shoes can also cause these symptoms.
These are a few things one can try to help reduce the symptoms. - Drinking more than 2 litres of water a day - Sleeping more than 8 hours a day - Eating lots of fruits and taking a balanced diet - Taking a warm shower and getting a massage for the muscles and the legs to help with the numbness - soaking the feet in warm water to help with the tingling.
