What Causes Constant Vertigo?

lately I have been feeling like I am in an elevator and it goes down... like that drop feeling and I get it while standing or moving slightly. I don t want to say its a virtgo its not a spinning feeling... just weird and its happening a lot more frequently a few times a week.

It would need a complete work up to determine the cause there are many tests to determine the severity and cause , like tilt table test , ice water test etc, i would suggest you to visit your doctor and get a complete checkup , so that if something is found ,that can be treated accordingly.
