for some few months now, i have been feeling constipated and keep farting which i dont use to do before. my belly just feel so full which makes me fart and the fart is smelly. this has been going on for too long and i dont think its normal. please what do you think is wrong with me?
Hi... Welcome to healthcare magic. According to your complain you have problem of constipation problem that may be because of lack of high fiber foods and lack of water intake . Thyroid problem also lead to constipation. Lack of gastric motility cause constipation problem. Intestinal obstruction may cause this type of symptoms. Bulk forming agent like psyllium is helpful in constipation problem. Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis. Abdominal ultra sonography can done for further diagnosis. Take care.
