What Causes Constipation, Swollen Pelvis, Recurrent Testicle And Abdominal Pain?

Hello, for the past 2 months I have been having recurring testicle pain, constipation, swollen pelvis (above penis) and abdominal pain. I have been to see 3 doctors, 2 of which who have both done urinalysis and testicular ultrasound, and 1 who did urinalysis and prostate exam, all of which came up clean, in the next 2 weeks I am going for a CT urography test (waiting for the hospital to call for an appointment), my main medical history problems have been meningitis(I have a peritoneal shunt), and epilepsy. I have a family history of gallstones, cancer, and heart attacks, Not that that is the problem but just for medical history purposes, I was just wondering what I should ask my doctor to look for in case the test comes up clean?.

Hello,

You are suffering from recurrent testicle and swollen pelvis, it may be indicative of genitourinary infection. Other medical conditions that can cause similar symptoms are gonorrhea, most common sexually-transmitted disease, which can cause orchitis, testicular pain and swelling in severe cases.

You are suggested to get clinically examined, get all the required tests done so that the pathology can be treated at the earliest. You are also suffering from constipation and abdominal pain. To get rid of abdominal pain, bloating, etc., you can take antacids or PPIs, it will give you relief.

You should pay more attention to diet, eat some foods with higher cellulose, eat more vegetables, which can promote gastrointestinal peristalsis and relieve defecation. Stay adequately active, take laxatives if needed. Take rest, and do not often stay up late. Avoid taking food that causes constipation. Get treated peristalsis and defecation disorder.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
