What Causes Constipation, stomach Gas And Lower Back Pain?
I am 45. I had a partial hysterectomy 16 years ago. Now I have urinary problems constipation gas bloating pelvic and low back pain and chronic fatigue I had a ultrasound last week that showed a mass on one ovary and a small tumor on the other does this sound like cancer
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood the concerns. Mass on one ovary and small tumor on another with history of partial hysterectomy 16 years ago needs a proper clinical evaluation, per-vaginal digital examination, Ct scan of the abdomen and colonoscopy along with tests of urine, stool and blood in view of the symptoms of bloating, urinary complaints that you have not elucidated, constipation and back ache. All these will give us the most proper diagnosis so that a proper plan of management can be carried out. Hence get the above mentioned things done. You will need a surgery for getting out the tumor, subject these for histopathology; correction of any intestinal or urinary pathology. Further treatment will depend upon the findings.
