What Causes Continuous Bleeding During And Between Menstruation Cycles?

Hi, I just want to ask about my wife health, she is experiencing continuous bleeding/spotting without her menses cycles, she checked several times home pregnancy test but every time negative. She missed her menses cycle too. Unable to understand the situation.

I really appreciate your concern, such irregular menses is due to hormone changes (It is the common condition seen) it may be due to age too, uterine pathology could be one of reason, but it may not be due to conception, for all of these better to get done the ultrasonography test hope this information helps.
