My son is 6 months old, he been sneezing, having runny nose for about a week, he had a fever but I gave him Tylenol & the fever came back some hours later so I have to give him more medicine after that it didn t come back, but for the last couple days he start having cough & it get worse at night.

As per your query your son have symptoms of cough and nasal congestion despite giving Tylenol which seems to be due to due to upper respiratory tract infection. Need not to worry about it. I would suggest you to - Go for steam inhalation in a very cautious way along with nasal vaporizers. - Put xylomist nasal drops to prevent congestion. - Give diet rich in vitamin C. - Give ice packs if fever will be of high value and give child Calpol tablet every 6 hourly. - Take combination of Sinarest along with Levofloxacin. - Take decongestant nasal sprays containing mucinex for immediate relief.
