Hi, 2 years ago I had a cold, I got better but ever since then I have constantly had to spit out lots of mucus every day. The mucus is coming from like up where the nasal cavity meets my mouth, it feels like there s always mucus there, like there s just this big blob that keeps producing it. It takes a lot of effort to try and get the mucus sucked down to my mouth so I can spit it out. Sometimes the mucus is green, brown or clear white. Sometimes it s even like brown hard flakes of mucus.. It s really disturbing. It is not coming from my lungs. I went to see a local doctor a year ago and she told me to drink loads of tea and other hot beverages.... Obviously that did not help. The doctors here in Sweden really suck. Please have you ever heard of anything like this before? It s usually worse in the mornings, and I have to clear my throat a lot after eating. I hope you can help me.. I read some stuff about adenoiditis, could that be it? Btw I m a female 22 years old.
