What Causes Coughing And Running Nose With Rash On Arms And Neck?

Child age 7 has tiny little pimples, barely noticeable, rash all over trunk a bit on arms and on back of neck, has a cough and runny nose as well , no fever, no itch, I first noticed it today he mentioned it was there for two days what it could be now, wondering what it could be.

Well come to HCM
Such skin rash is commonly seen in viral infection in this age group and this is self limiting most of the time, and seldom need any treatment, if this is not gone within few days then "Diphenhydramine" lotion can be tried, no need to worry about this, take care.
