Mucolite is an expectorant medication used to help clear mucus from the respiratory tract, and it is not typically known to cause pain under the eyes. However, it can cause dryness in the nasal cavity as a side effect, which may lead to discomfort in the area.

The antibiotic medication TAXIM-O200 (Cefixime) can cause some side effects, such as gastrointestinal upset, skin rash, and allergic reactions. If you experience any of these symptoms, it is important to contact your healthcare provider.

Calpol is a brand name for the pain reliever acetaminophen, which is generally well-tolerated and does not typically cause pain under the eyes or nasal discomfort.

It is possible that your symptoms are related to your underlying condition and not directly caused by the medications you are taking. If your symptoms persist or worsen, it is recommended to contact your healthcare provider for further evaluation and guidance.
