What Causes Cramping And Back Pain At The Age Of 18?

hello im almost 18 ive had cramping and back pain the same i got when i was pregnant with both my kids and im not due to get my period untill the end of the month but i have bleeding its very red and watery the same as when i was in early labour with my second i have the implanon in and ive also got little white spots on my nipples my boobs are bigger i am very moody and emotional ive done a pregnancey test and it came negative my gut says im pregnant and my partner keeps asking if i am.. what do you think?

Please contact your gynecologist, a more sensitive test is the beta HCG blood test for pregnancy. Back pain and other symptoms you mentioned are common signs indicating pregnancy. As i said before please contact your gynecologist for proper psychosocial examination and history taking.
