What Causes Cramps And Pain In Stomach After Eating Broccoli?

Yesterday, after eating broccolli & hummus, I started having a cramping, stomachache that radiates from upper to lower. I thought it was just gas, but it is still bothering me today. I took simethicone, which did not help at all. I had a bowel movement this morning. What else could it be?
