What Causes Cyst Acne Under Breast?

Hello so i have what seems to be cyst acne or something like that under my right boob, i am obviously a female, and i was trying to see if it s a black head and i squeezed it and what seemed to be yellow (i assumed it was puss under the skin) quickly turned red as if it was bleeding under my skin. It hurts a lot and makes it a little bit difficult to breathe since your chest goes up and down when you do so. do you know what it could be?

Hello, I really appreciate your concern. From your description I think that you are having an infected sebaceous cyst under breast. You can have warm compresses to relieve pain and swelling. You should take antibiotics to prevent further spread of the infection. You can apply antibiotic plus steroid ointment over the inflamed red area. If the symptoms persist then you should visit your doctor to drain and remove the cyst.
