What Causes Dark Brown Urination And Abdominal Pain After Suffering From Paralysis Stroke?

My father is 83 and had a stroke 09/14. He is paralyzed on the left side and has left neglect. He had an intense therapy session yesterday where they had him in a prone position on top of a large ball. My father s urine color yesterday was a dark brown color. We thought he was dehydrated so we made him drink a lot of water and orange juice today. He has trouble swallowing and water intake in particular is not easy. Other drinks are fine. Tonight the color of the urine is pink. The only pain he has is his tummy. Do we take him to the emergency room tonight? Thank you Anne
