What Causes Dark Spot On Penis For Years?
Hi my name is Kory and I have had a dark spot on my penis for a couple years now and I am 18. It is a flat back spot on my foreskin and I hate it. I have done research and can't seem to figure out anything like it. I want to know what it is and how I can get it removed?? Thank You! I have uploaded a picture as well.

The black spots on foreskin are what are termed as Fordyce's Spots .
The penile skin is rich in sebaceous glands .Fordyce's spot develop due to accumulation of sebum secreted by accessory sweat glands located in penile skin .
Normally these spots fade away without any treatment and have no significance except cosmetic appearance .
Please do nt worry they are not going to harm you in any way.
