Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. You can't stop Lisinopril (ACE inhibitor) at once. As your BP decreased to 110/70 from 130/80 , Lisinopril dosge can be gradually decreased. If you have lower BP even in smallest dosage then it can be discontinued. But those who are diabetic it is better to go on with low dose ACE inhibitor as it has protective action on kidneys and heart. You can consult your doctor to decrease the dosage.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
