What Causes Delay In Conception While Having PCOD And Hypothyroidism?

Hi.i m 29yrs old female.suffering from hypothyroidism.taking thyroxin 25mcg.now tsh t3 t4 all r in normal limits.my cycles are irregular.LH FSH prolactine are in normal limits.but usg shows bilateral pcod.sugar level is also normal.my ht is 5feet3inches.wt is 60kg.taking syp.evecare.cycles are regular and normal from 2months.but not able to concieve.had intercourse timely.but then also result is negative.wt to do???

I really appreciate your concern, pregnancy requires presence of ovum, sperm and some compatible factors at the time of coitus if something is missing among them then conception may not be possible, medicines may not have any role, but keep trying for it hope this information helps.
