What Causes Delay In Menstruation After A Polyps Removal Surgery?

Hi doctor. I have a polyps removal surgery the 29.12.14...I was spotting for a couple of days and then all was fine.. I had interiors see without protection between the 8 to 11 January ( during my fertile days). I usually have my period every 27- 28 days...so today is the day 32 and I do not have my period. I have a pregnacy test yesterday and it was negative..so do you think I should be worry?

I understand your concern.
You have not mentioned the drugs given to you post operation.
Your period may be delayed due to operation and drugs used during & after surgical procedure.
You should have your period in week or so.
Please see your gynecologist if you don't.
