General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to pregnancy.

For further assessment, I would suggest you consult with gynecologist. He may procure urine pregnancy test and ultrasound obstetrics.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition and your consent.

So consult with gynecologist without delay.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale, Family and general physician
