Dr Iam 26 years old .but still I m not pragnant I already took some medicine too metfomin 500 mg and fat loss too but my period not limited to 7days sometime more than 10days in case of that we can not sex properly please guide me what I want to do soon pregnancy

I suppose you are started on Metformin for Polycystic ovarian syndrome, which is a very common reason for infertility nowadays. It takes atleast 2-3 months after starting Metformin to get regular periods.
once your menstrual cycle is regulated then you can think about pregnancy.
I would suggest not stressing out to much as stress itself can result in irregular menstrual cycle.
