What Causes Delay In Menstruation After Taking Postinor-2?

I have a Unprotected sex on 1st may 2015 at 2am.. I took 2 tablets postinor2 on 2nd May 2015 in the morning... After 12 hours I took another 2 tablets postinor2 again... My period actual date is on 30th April, but it s still delay until today, izzit any side effect of that?

Yes, its a possible side effect of the drug. It can cause delayed periods. You have taken the right dose of medicine at the right timings. However, still there is a possibility of pregnancy as e-pills are not 100% effective. Kindly do a urine prganancy test at home to rule out pregnancy too.
