What Causes Delay In Menstruation Other Than Pregnancy?

My age is 24. I missed 2 periods consecutively. I m not pregnant since never had sex. No medication. No other abnormal symptoms. My period usually delay by 4-7 days. Is there any chance of early menopause? Should I consult some gyno? Thanks in advance

Hi, I think you should consult a gynecologist for evaluation. Get a thyroid profile and prolactin levels and a ultrasound for your uterus and ovaries done to find out the cause of missed periods. It can be due to some thyroid disorder or hormonal imbalances. You can take some progesterone like deviry or meprate for inducing periods.
