Hello,

Any method of contraception is not 100% effective. Reason for delays menstruation can be stress related. Sometimes it gets delayed by couple of weeks. I suggest take a urine pregnancy test after a week or so. If it comes negative then seek help from a gynecologist. She will be able to guide you on this appropriately.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
