What Causes Delay In Period?

Hi, I have a regular cycle when it comes to my menstruation. May last menstruation period was last september 16,2012 as per 28 to 30 day cycle I expected I'll be having my period last October 14, 15 or 15, 2012. But now up to date October 27,2012 still have no menstruation. Am I pregnant? Need help. Thanks

You can maximum wait for a period of 7 - 10days from your missed cycle to get tested. It might be due to many conditions like pregnancy, stress or change in weight etc.

I advice you to do a home pregnancy test. If you want more accurate results, can go ahead with serum beta HCG test.
