What Causes Delay In Periods And Abdominal Cramps Despite Having A Tubal Ligation?

Hi, 18 months ago I had a tubal after my C section. I am 11 days late on my period and been have back pains, some stomach cramps, vaginal clear discharge, my stomach feels bloated, and I feel like I am pregnant. Could I be? What else can cause problems like I am having, I m very concerned.

I really appreciate your concern, chances of pregnancy is very less likely but it can be taken as granted because no contraceptive methods are hundred per cent promising and it is advisable to get done the ultrasonography hope this information helps.
