Hi,

Adding to your history the points that can help you are:
- After taking emergency contraceptive pills because of the high dose of progesterone in them, that can alter the menstrual cycles, especially if you have taken in the second half of the menstrual cycle there is a possibility of delay in the onset of the withdrawal bleeding.
- It is not advisable to take misoprostol tablets without consulting the gynecologist and without confirming the presence of pregnancy.
- The bleeding now you are getting could be withdrawal bleeding due to the effect of these previous tablets you have taken.

If the pain and bleeding persist, better to consult your gynecologist once get examined and undergo an ultrasound to find out the possible cause of the problem. If ultrasound gives normal findings, symptomatic treatment with antifibrinolytic drugs and antispasmodics can help.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
