I am a 57 year old woman. I get my periods every month with out a problem. Last month my period didnt come. I been having for the past month a jolting pain that goes in my breast right up to the nipple area..it happens in both breast but more in the right. I feel as if I am getting my period but it doesnt come..I also get nausea slightly and a little dizzy. I am wondering if I might have a serious condition..or is it just my period is late.
