What Causes Delayed Menstruation After Protected Intercourse?

Hi there! My partner and I have been using vaginal contraceptive film along with the pullout method and my period is now two days late. I did also just move halfway across the country less than a week ago and I have had a diet change within the week. I m just trying to get to the bottom of this. Thanks!!

Hi welcome to Healthcare Magic. The fact that menses have come and your use of contraception rules out chances of pregnancy. I suggest you observe next month if they are on schedule we do nothing about it. Sometimes delays occur because of stress, changing sleep and lifestyle patterns. If there is any problem next cycle do write to me. Take care.
