Hello, I am 42 years old female, lately when I get my period one day is very heavy and this month I was supposed to get it last week and I did not. I have been feeling nauseous. I can t have children because I had the essure procedure done 4 years ago.

I think the irregular periods you are experiencing may be related to hormone imbalance. Anyway you can do an ultrasound to check for cysts in ovaries or other possible problems. I think the hormone changes become more evident as a woman approaches to menopause and this can be your case.
