General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms are more likely to be related to an infection due to the fact that you have a fever.
It can be a urianry tract infection which should be evalauted with a urine test.
Meanwhile, I suggest also to do a pregnancy test to exclude the possibility of a pregnancy.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
