What Causes Delayed Menstruation, Nausea And Vomiting?
My wife has not had her periods since last 10 days. Her pregnancy tests on Velocit has found negative. She has put on some weight around thighs and stomach and has vomiting feeling. She had vomiting couple of times over last one week. What could be the reason? Please help...
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. From the symptoms you have described, it appears that your wife could have conceived. Some times, home pregnancy test could come negative as the hormone hCG levels might not be good enough to get detected in urine. Kindly get it tested again after 5 days, which could tell about the status. In case it is not confirmatory, you can know about the status by getting hCG levels in blood, trans-vaginal ultrasound scan and clinical examination by consulting Gynecologist. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
