General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

* The Sevista contains Ormeloxifene ( 60 mg ) which is selective estrogen reuptake modulator ( SERM ) used for control, prevention and treatment of menstrual bleeding disoders.

However, there are many side effects of the same as

- acne

- breast tenderness

- weight gain

- swelling legs

- heavy menstruation

I would like to discuss the issue with your doc for further guidelines of dose of the same medications and any alterations if needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
