What Causes Delayed Menstruation While On APCOD Powder And Fertisure?

Hello doctor,My last period date was July 17th. Due to delay in periods, I thought there might be chance of pregnancy but the preg test was negative thrice. I do have menstrual cramps from the due date (Aug16th) but not getting periods. I am 30 yrs old and three months back when I have undergone for few tests for irregular periods. Doctor has told me that there is pcos about 2.8mm which is less than 3mm so it will automatcially go off if I follow regular diet and exercise. Doctor has suggested me to take APCOD powder and Fertisure for 2 months. As doctor said, I am continuing both the medicines. But I am very much worried that why didnt I get my periods yet even though I have all the symptoms of getting periods. Its almost delay for more than 13 days. Please advise.Thankyou

Both APCOD powder and Fertisure are nutritional supplements used in PCOD. These drugs do not cure the disease but improves the immune system,reduces oxidative stress.They are basically nutritional supplements.

Hormonal imbalance is the main cause of irregular periods.Follow regular diet and exercise.

Maintain normal body weight.The cycles will regularise in the following months.Monitor any cyst growth periodically and also rule out polycystic ovaries.
